Novo Poker Pro ("oyun"), Barış Kantar tarafından geliştirilen bir eğlence oyunudur. Oyunda yalnızca sanal chip kullanılır: chiplerin gerçek para değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez, oyuncular arasında aktarılamaz ve oyunda para ya da ödül kazanılmaz. Bu politika, oyunun hangi verileri neden işlediğini açıklar.
İşlenen veriler
- Oyun hesabı: Oyunu ilk açtığında cihaz için bir misafir hesabı oluşturulur (rastgele bir cihaz kimliği). Apple ile Giriş veya Google ile giriş yaparsan, ilgili servisin bize ilettiği hesap kimliği (ve servis paylaşırsa e-posta adresin) hesabına bağlanır.
- Kullanıcı adı ve karakter: Seçtiğin kullanıcı adı ve karakter; masadaki diğer oyuncular bunları görür.
- Oyun verileri: Sanal chip bakiyen, oynanan eller, günlük bonus durumu ve sanal chip hareketleri.
- Satın almalar: Chip paketi satın aldığında Apple / Google'ın verdiği işlem bilgileri (ürün, işlem kimliği), satın almayı doğrulamak ve chipleri hesabına eklemek için. Ödeme bilgilerin bize hiç ulaşmaz; ödemeyi Apple / Google işler.
- Sesli mesajlar: Masada bas-konuş ile gönderdiğin sesli mesajlar yalnızca o masadaki oyunculara iletilir ve sunucuda saklanmaz. Bir oyuncu bir mesajı şikâyet ederse, o mesaj ve ilgili hesaplar inceleme için en fazla 30 gün saklanır. Mikrofon yalnızca sen kayıt tuşuna bastığında kullanılır.
- Engellemeler: Engellediğin oyuncuların listesi.
Kullanmadıklarımız
Oyunda reklam, reklam takibi, üçüncü taraf analitik ya da konum verisi yoktur. Verilerin satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz.
Neden işliyoruz
Oyunu sunmak (hesap, masalar, sanal cüzdan), satın almaları doğrulamak, hile ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek, şikâyetleri incelemek ve destek taleplerine yanıt vermek için.
Nerede saklanıyor
Veriler, oyunun sunucusunun barındırıldığı bulut altyapısında (Railway) saklanır. Apple ve Google ile giriş ve satın alma doğrulaması kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
Saklama ve silme
Verilerin hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabını oyun içinden Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil ile istediğin zaman silebilirsin; hesap, cüzdan, el geçmişi ve kayıtlar silinir ve Apple ile girişin izni geri alınır. Şikâyet edilen ses kayıtları en geç 30 gün sonra silinir.
Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)
Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz etme hakkın vardır. Talepler için aşağıdaki adresten bize yazabilirsin.
Çocuklar
Oyun simüle edilmiş kumar teması içerdiği için çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.

Novo Poker Pro (“the game”) is an entertainment game developed by Barış Kantar. The game uses virtual chips only: chips have no real-money value, cannot be cashed out or transferred between players, and no money or prizes can be won. This policy explains which data the game processes and why.
Data we process
- Game account: when you first open the game, a guest account is created for your device (a random device identifier). If you use Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in, the account identifier that service sends us (and your email address, if the service shares it) is linked to your account.
- Username and character: the username and character you choose; other players at your table can see them.
- Game data: your virtual chip balance, hands played, daily bonus status and virtual chip transactions.
- Purchases: when you buy a chip pack, the transaction details Apple / Google provide (product, transaction id), to verify the purchase and add the chips to your account. We never receive your payment details; Apple / Google process the payment.
- Voice messages: push-to-talk messages you send at a table are relayed only to the players at that table and are not stored on the server. If a player reports a message, that message and the accounts involved are kept for review for up to 30 days. The microphone is used only while you hold the record button.
- Blocks: the list of players you have blocked.
What we do not use
The game has no advertising, no ad tracking, no third-party analytics and no location data. Your data is not sold or shared for advertising.
Why we process it
To run the game (account, tables, virtual wallet), verify purchases, prevent cheating and abuse, review reports and answer support requests.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on the cloud infrastructure that hosts the game server (Railway). Sign-in and purchase verification with Apple and Google are subject to their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the game under Settings → Delete Account; the account, wallet, hand history and records are deleted and the Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked. Reported voice clips are deleted after 30 days at the latest.
Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. Write to us at the address below.
Children
Because the game has a simulated gambling theme, it is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
