Satın aldığım chipler gelmedi
Uygulamayı kapatıp yeniden aç ve çevrimiçi moda geç; tamamlanmamış satın almalar otomatik olarak tekrar gönderilir. Bir el oynanırken yapılan satın almalar el bitince eklenir. Sorun sürerse makbuzdaki sipariş numarasıyla bize yaz. İade talepleri Apple / Google üzerinden yapılır.
Bir oyuncuyu şikâyet etmek veya engellemek
Masada oyuncunun etiketine uzun bas: Sessize al, Engelle veya Şikâyet et. Şikâyet edilen mesajlar incelenir; kurallara aykırı davranan hesaplar kısıtlanır veya kapatılır.
Hesabımı silmek istiyorum
Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil. Hesabın, chip bakiyen ve geçmişin kalıcı olarak silinir.

Is this real-money gambling?
No. Novo Poker Pro is a game for entertainment only. Chips are virtual: they have no real-money value, cannot be cashed out or transferred between players, and no money or prizes can be won.
I ran out of chips
Claim free chips every day with the Daily Bonus in the lobby, play in practice mode, or, if you like, buy a virtual chip pack in the store.
My purchased chips did not arrive
Close and reopen the app and switch to online mode; unfinished purchases are sent again automatically. Purchases made during a hand are added when the hand ends. If the problem continues, write to us with the order number from your receipt. Refunds are requested through Apple / Google.
Reporting or blocking a player
Long-press the player's tag at the table: Mute, Block or Report. Reported messages are reviewed; accounts that break the rules are restricted or closed.
Deleting my account
Settings → Delete Account. Your account, chip balance and history are deleted permanently.
